This FREE virtual production celebrates the lives of John Lewis and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who both passed away in 2020.
John Lewis was one of the leaders of the civil rights movement in the 1960s. In 1963, at the age of 23, he was the youngest speaker at the March on Washington. He joined the House of Representatives in 1987, where he continued to fight for civil rights for all.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg served on the U.S. Supreme Court from 1993-2020. She was an advocate for equality, women’s rights and civil rights and was the first woman to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol.
This production uses spoken passages, historical footage and songs to tell their remarkable stories.
